With over 20 years of experience as a chef, my journey has always been rooted in a deep love for food, celebration, and the joy that comes from bringing people together.
Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to the sweeter side of the kitchen—desserts that feel special, indulgent, and full of meaning. Weddings and celebrations, in particular, have always held a special place in my heart; they’re moments where every detail matters, and I feel incredibly honoured to play a small part in them.
In 2020, I decided to turn a long-held dream into reality and Daisy Mud Pie was born—a brand dedicated to creating luxury, handcrafted cakes that feel as beautiful as they taste.
The name itself is something truly personal. Daisy Mud Pie comes from childhood memories filled with family, laughter, and imagination. It was inspired by my mum’s incredible cakes, my dad’s garden, and a little orange bucket filled with mud and daisies. What started as a playful family joke stayed with me over the years, and during the stillness of the pandemic, it came rushing back—feeling more meaningful than ever.
Since then, Daisy Mud Pie has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Every cake is designed with care, creativity, and attention to detail—whether it’s an elegant wedding centrepiece or a joyful birthday celebration. At the heart of it all is a simple intention: to create cakes that feel personal, memorable, and full of love… just like home.
